How is patient data protected?

Can I export assessment results?
Yes, providers can export detailed reports of assessment results for record-keeping and further analyss.
Subscription & Billing
What subscription plans are available?
Cognaid offers one simple, unlimited, flexible subscription plan, that includes a 30-day free trial for our annual subscription. Details can be found on our Join Us page.
Can I use the test as many times as I need to?
Yes. Providers don’t need to purchase individual test credit units. The test will be immediately available after we process the annual subscription and the provider completes the profile information.
How can I purchase access to the platform?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Subscriptions are maintained by our payment provider, Square. They make sure that your payment information is secured in their servers and we at Cognaid do not have access to it.
Test Administration
How do I assign a test to a patient?
The provider will be able to ‘Assign Test,’ enter the patient’s details, select the test options, and hand the device to the patient for him or her to access the assessent.
Can assessments be paused and resumed?
No, patients will be able to take short breaks during the assessment but will not be able to resume it at a later time. The test is designed to be completed in one sitting.
Are there guidelines for administering PHNTM?
Comprehensive administration guidelines are available within the provider portal to ensure standardized testing procedres.
